KYANIS GmbH in formation

Responsible entity

The entity responsible for processing personal data is KYANIS GmbH in formation. Full contact details will be added after the company is formed.

Contact form

When you use the contact form, we process the information you provide, particularly your name, business email address, company, request topic and message, to handle your inquiry. Your consent is required for this. We also process technical security data to prevent misuse and automated requests.

A Microsoft Graph integration is planned for forwarding and handling contact requests. Form data may be transmitted to the company inbox responsible for processing the request. The specific recipient, storage duration and full configuration will be added before activation. Until such an integration is active, the form should not be treated as fully configured.

Cloudflare Turnstile

We use Cloudflare Turnstile, a service provided by Cloudflare, Inc., to protect the contact form from automated requests. When the widget loads, Cloudflare processes technical signals to detect bots, including the IP address, User-Agent, TLS fingerprint, sitekey and originating website. For server-side verification, we send the token generated by the widget and the visitor's IP address to Cloudflare's Siteverify API.

Cloudflare processes these signals on our behalf to protect our website. According to Cloudflare, it also processes signals as an independent controller to improve bot detection. Cloudflare operates globally; international data transfers and the safeguards it applies are described in its privacy notices. For details, see theTurnstile Privacy Addendumand theCloudflare Privacy Policy.

Google Analytics

If Google Analytics is enabled on this website, GA4 is loaded only after you consent to the “Statistics” category. Google Analytics tags are not loaded without consent. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Details about the provider, data transfers and retention will be added before activation.

Microsoft Clarity

After you actively consent to “Statistics”, we use Microsoft Clarity to analyse and improve this website. According to Microsoft, the contracting entity for customers in the European Economic Area is Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland. Microsoft also processes data as an independent controller under its own privacy terms.

Clarity captures page views, clicks, mouse movements, scrolling and technical browser and device information. It creates heatmaps and reconstructed session replays, not screen videos. Text content on this website and form inputs are marked for masking. We do not send names, email addresses or form messages as custom Clarity identifiers or events.

The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, for storing or accessing information on your device, section 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021. Before consent, we do not load Clarity, including its cookieless mode. After consent, first-party cookies, particularly “_clck” and “_clsk”, may recognise visitors and connect page views into sessions. We do not grant advertising storage through the Clarity Consent API.

Microsoft specifies retention of 30 days for normal session playback and nine months for heatmap and aggregated click data; labelled or favourited sessions may be retained for nine months. Data is processed in Microsoft Azure and may be transferred to Microsoft Corporation in the United States. Microsoft describes safeguards including standard contractual clauses between the relevant entities; processing exclusively within Europe is not guaranteed.

Your statistics choice is stored in your browser’s local storage under “kyanis-analytics-consent” until changed, replaced by a new consent version or deleted by you. You can withdraw consent at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. On withdrawal we disable the services, remove statistics cookies accessible on our domain and reload a page where analytics has already started to unload the scripts. This does not affect prior lawful processing. We cannot delete cookies on third-party Microsoft domains ourselves.

For details, see theMicrosoft Privacy Statement,Clarity terms, cookie documentationandretention documentation.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal framework, you have the right to access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian data protection authority.
